| Additional Information: | The UHN Memory Clinic provides a multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and management of any type of dementia. Team includes geriatric psychiatry, behavioural neurology, geriatricians, registered nurse, occupational therapist and social work. Physician referral is required. Services can be provided in different languages with the assistance of University Health Network Interpretation Services. Clients need to notify office ahead of appointment. |
